IPT (International Professional Training) Ltd, a leading international Training Company currently seeks Key Account Managers for its central Moscow offices. The successful candidates will direct and coordinate multilingual Business and General Language programmes including the preparation of programme reports for management, maintaining client and student reports and records of all training activities. Reporting to the Corporate School Director, and offering the highest level of client service, the positions involve full control of IPT’s training activities at over 80 major Russian and multinational companies, monitoring student progress, preparing reports for companies, database administration and collecting key statistics. Key Account Managers also assist with academic development, text books, programmes and materials, maintaining progress tests and formal examinations, coordinating timetables and acting as first point of contact for students, clients, fellow staff members and the company’s 90 - strong teaching team. The position also entails business development, selling language programmes to new and potential customers, and researching the market to find new clients. The company is western owned and managed and employs over 120 people including a great many foreign nationals. Candidates require higher education, strong English language ability and good computer skills. A background in teaching, training or language education, or in business-to-business, client service or sales management, is ideal.
